Little Saints
‘Little Saints’ is the children’s activity that takes place during the Sunday morning service on the second, fourth and, when applicable, fifth Sunday of each month, during school term-time.
Children should be at least two years and nine months to attend ‘Little Saints’. There is a crèche at the back of the Church for younger children and their parents.
The children gather at the front of the Church, with their adult leaders, during the singing of the ‘Gloria’, and are given a children’s Bible and a blessing. They then have their own procession to the Church Rooms for their activities, which include Bible stories, craft and other fun activities to help them grow in faith and love of Jesus at a level appropriate to them. Little Saints rejoin the main service, at the beginning of the Eucharistic prayer, so that they are able to be part of the celebration of the Eucharist and come to the altar with their parents to receive a blessing.
