All Age Services

Several times a year, we have a special inclusive “All Age” morning service with families firmly in mind.

At our All Age Pentecost service…

  • we had both flames and kites hanging from the pillars, made with the assistance of the school
  • the young children had pew bags including make-it-yourself windmills
  • we heard the story of the coming of the Holy Spirit illustrated with wooden blocks and little badges for each of the disciples, told with the children sitting all around. The rest of us could see what was going on with the assistance of a video camera and big screen
  • we had lots of visitors and almost ran out of service leaflets

The next All Age Service will be on October 2nd, Harvest Thanksgiving.
