Church Heating - January 2015

Following the strong smell of smoke in church on Sunday 18 January, the gas heated, hot air system has been inspected and shut down, pending a decision to repair or replace the unit. This means that the church will not be as warm as it usually is for services. There is an emergency heater which will be run before services to raise the base temperature. However, you may want to wear warmer clothing during this cold weather, and please feel free to bring blankets, hot water bottles, thermos flasks or indeed, hip flasks, if it will help!

Evening services will be suspended until the heating problem is resolved

The warmth of our welcome and our fellowship is unaffected

Fr Paul
