St Mary’s Guild was formed in 1977 for young women in the parish as an alternative to Mothers Union. In the 1990s it was decided that the group should not be just for women and men were welcomed at meetings. Since the formation of the Men’s group, the Guild has reverted to attracting a female audience once more. There is no membership fee, just a small subscription on attendance. The Guild endeavours to organise a variety of interesting talks from travel talks, hobbies, craft demonstrations and visits to local places of interest.

Meetings are usually on the third Thursday of the month in the Parish Room at 8.00pm. All are welcome.
